We are based in the UK and ship domestically (UK) as well as internationally worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • UK (Domestic):

    • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Estimated delivery times:

      • Europe: 5–7 business days

      • USA/Canada: 5–7 business days

      • Rest of the World: 7-21 business days

    • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • UK orders: Free shipping with purchases of £100 

  • International orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • We use Royal Mail & DHL as our preferred carrier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your order via the carrier’s website.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

Shipping Delays
